The NEX202 skips the pouch that we saw on the Rx8S includes a silicone pouch that opens when squeezed. Bass on the QT5 is very good and lower register vocals and lower strings are as well rendered as anything Ive heard at or around its asking price. While the RX8 and QT5 share a lot Revonext has done a good job on improving some of the things the RX8 didnt shine on and even improved a few things the RX8 already did pretty well.
Just like with most triple driver in-ear headphones the RevoNext RX8S uses two balanced armature drivers to handle the midrange and treble and a dynamic driver to handle the bass. The RX8S are a great entry point for someone looking for high quality headphones on a budget.
